  • Quality Management shall comprise of formulation of a project-specific Quality Plan and its implementation.

  • BTGC acknowledges the need for quality execution of the project in addition to timely completion.

  • All project personnel shall be enlightened about the customer’s expectations as regards Quality and the means to achieve them.

  • BTGC shall deploy an experienced Quality assurance Engineer for the satisfactory execution of the contract scope of works.

Safety management shall form an important & integral part of THEME Project management.
BTGC recognizes the need for standard and safe construction methods to be employed for the contract works.
BTGC shall deploy a qualified Safety officer who will be responsible for managing safety at the construction site along with al other project personnel.
BTGC shall formulate a project – specific safety plan and shall implement methods and the ways to ensure safety.
